Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: September 28, 2026
This Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to paid DayTradeDrill subscriptions, including Plus and Pro.
1. Merchant of Record
Our order and payment process is conducted through Paddle, our authorized online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, recurring charges, payment-method updates, and transaction-related cancellations and refunds under its applicable buyer terms and refund policy.
DayTradeDrill is responsible for providing and supporting the product itself.
2. Prices and Billing Intervals
The current price, currency, billing interval, included features, and applicable usage limits for Plus and Pro are displayed on the pricing page and in the checkout before you complete a purchase.
Taxes, where applicable, are calculated and collected by Paddle and may be added at checkout.
3. Automatic Renewal
Paid subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
Before purchase, the checkout will disclose the subscription price, billing frequency, recurring nature of the subscription, and the amount due. By completing the purchase, you authorize Paddle to charge the payment method associated with your subscription for recurring renewal charges until cancellation takes effect.
If we offer a trial or promotional period, the checkout will disclose the trial or promotional duration and the price and billing interval that will apply afterward.
4. How to Cancel
You may cancel a subscription at any time using the online subscription-management option made available in your DayTradeDrill account, where available, or through Paddle's customer portal or support flow.
An online subscription can be cancelled online. You do not need to call us to cancel.
Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After a cancellation takes effect, the subscription will not renew and no later renewal charge should be taken.
For transaction-specific cancellation support, use the "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle transaction or subscription email or visit Paddle's buyer-support portal.
5. Refunds
All payment refunds are processed by Paddle.
Unless required by applicable law or otherwise approved under Paddle's refund process, transactions may be non-refundable. Cancelling a subscription ordinarily prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund an amount already charged for the current billing period.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, the Service was not delivered, or another refund basis applies, submit a refund or withdrawal request through the support link in your Paddle receipt, Paddle's customer portal, or Paddle's buyer-support website. Eligibility and time limits depend on your location, transaction, and applicable law. Paddle's current Refund Policy describes statutory withdrawal rights in certain jurisdictions as well as discretionary refunds. Where a request is discretionary, submitting it does not guarantee approval. Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable consumer rights. See Paddle's Refund Policy for current terms and request instructions.
We may agree that a discretionary refund is appropriate in a particular case. If so, the refund will still be issued through Paddle rather than by a direct payment from DayTradeDrill.
Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.
6. Upgrades and Downgrades
If you move between Plus and Pro, the subscription-management or checkout flow will show the applicable effective date and any proration, credit, or charge where supported.
A downgrade may reduce access to features, storage, execution quotas, or other plan entitlements when the downgrade takes effect. You are responsible for exporting or reducing stored content before a lower plan's limits apply where necessary.
7. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, Paddle may retry the payment or request updated payment information. Access to paid features may be limited, suspended, or terminated if payment cannot be completed, subject to Paddle's applicable process and applicable law.
8. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices. For existing subscriptions, notice will be provided before a new price applies to the extent required by applicable law and the applicable Paddle terms. Where affirmative consent is legally required, the new price will not be charged without the required consent.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you do not recognize a charge or believe there is a billing problem, we encourage you to contact Paddle or support@daytradedrill.com before initiating a chargeback so the issue can be investigated promptly.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of the associated DayTradeDrill account, subject to applicable law and Paddle's processes.
